IT suites, general classrooms, offices and associated welfare facilities were incorporated into the perimeter of the restaurant development to allow open education policies to be adopted.

Heat recovery systems and high efficiency lighting with automatic controls advance the low-energy status of this development.

As Phase 2 of an ongoing major development programme, Worcester Sixth Form College appointed Bob Costello Associates Ltd to work in conjunction with Associated Architects Ltd to provide new catering facility teaching areas and associated infrastructure.

Extensive modifications and diversions were carried out to the services infrastructure to allow for the provision of a major new catering facility as a springboard for increasing student numbers and enhancing the educational opportunities the College are able to offer. 

A full range of cooking and catering facilities have been provided along with the associated ventilation and services distribution systems.
